Description: Boundaries developed in 2021 based on total population of 69,960 from 2020 census using the smallest level of census polygons, census blocks. With 10 total sub-districts, the target population of each sub-district was 6,996, +/- 5% allowed deviation. For census blocks that cross LLNRD boundaries and could not be split, the total population was used, but calculations were also made without the total population of those boundary-crossing census blocks, and given the 5% allowed deviation, the population of each sub-district was balanced with our without those census blocks. Esri Redistricting add-on software to ArcGIS Online was utilized.Attribute table fields include demographic data from 2020 census in percentage (%) units.
